About the Role:

As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping innovative and meaningful experiences for our customers. Your work will involve ideating, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying design thinking principles to develop both functional and visually appealing interfaces. This position provides an opportunity to craft user experiences that positively impact the lives of users, ensuring designs are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs. We are looking for someone with a passion for clean and functional design, strong UI skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and delightful user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

• Perform visual and interaction design, creating user interfaces that are visually compelling and functionally sound.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Develop high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes that are structured and easy to navigate.

Collaborative Development:

• Work with developers and other designers to build scalable and user-friendly solutions that enhance the user experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, ensuring that the delivered designs align with both business needs and user expectations.

Engineering Collaboration:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that final designs are implemented according to specifications, meeting the highest standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Establish effective partnerships with product, business, marketing, and design teams to craft exceptional digital user experiences.

User-Centric Design:

• Incorporate user feedback and best practices into designs, continually iterating based on insights and feedback.

UX Research & Testing:

• Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to improve designs based on user behavior predictions and data.

Design Standards:

• Contribute to defining team standards for design quality, including keeping the UI design pattern library updated and consistent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3 - 10 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly for websites and responsive web applications.

Design Portfolio:

• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio that showcases your sensitivity to user-system interactions and ability to create functional, beautiful designs.

Proficiency in Design Tools:

• Strong proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Expertise in creating user flows, process flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex web and mobile applications.

UX/UI Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Up-to-Date with Trends:

• Stay current with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge designs.

HTML & CSS:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS development is required.

Agile Experience:

• Proven ability to work within fast-paced, agile teams with rapidly evolving requirements.

Time Management:

• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver the best results within given timelines.
