Job Summary
- Mindset consistent with Scrum core values: openness, courage, respect, focus and commitment.
- Demonstrated understanding of lean agile values and principles including the 3-5-3 structure of scrum.
- 4+ years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master or Product Owner
- 3+ years experience in the Scrum Master role of distributed Agile team, tech domain preferred.
- Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing).
- Demonstrated knowledge of common practices to manage risk from risk identification through mitigation and monitoring.
- Expert knowledge of agile tool suites including Atlassian, Agility Health Radar, MS Teams or similar agile management tooling.
- Scrum Master and Agile Certifications.
