Job Summary

Job Description : * Driving internal and external teams to efficiently develop and deliver projects and features based on ecommerce applications and cloud architecture * Work with business and customer stakeholders to analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards; document technical specifications * Research and evaluate software and infrastructure technology options and weigh cost/benefit analysis supporting key decisions * Partner with customer operations to identify improvement opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests * Contribute to strategic improvements to core business functions and processes * Ensure updates and maintenance for development and production environments and technologies for projects goals and compliance needs * Identify and assess risks and define mitigation strategies / action plan to manage them and minimize impact * Develop and maintain project management deliverables and processes, from inception to successful launch of new products and services, and manage project parameters to keep them on schedule and in budget * Lead vendor selection process based on program/project needs and manage against deliverables * Propose, if needed, and manage change requests to existing requirements, systems, integrations, tools etc. and confirm that the changes are estimated and analyzed as per the program/project goals * Manage access and privileges for internal and external partners to the project systems, environments, tools to protect data and information * 3+ years of project management experience in the design and implementation of software and technical projects, preferably in Ecommerce using cloud infrastructure or microservices based architecture * Successful implementation and launch of B2C / B2B / B2B2C products and services with geographically distributed teams and multi-vendor integrations * Detail oriented with strong management and leadership skills to manage programs, roadmap and business stakeholders * Build cross-functional and self-organizing teams, and at the same time be able to manage, prioritize, identify and resolve technical needs and dependencies * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to partner and sync with different teams and deliver regular project updates and sort complex situations and conflicts * Ability to creatively and strategically propose solutions to business and functional needs and solving problems * Experience in agile methodologies and practices * Experience mentoring, coaching and developing needed skills and competencies to meet the project and organization objectives * Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
