• Good understanding of Telecom domain and OSS/BSS
• Good understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS COTs especially Provisioning and Activation Systems
• Excellent skills in understanding overall requirements and release cycle
• Excellent skills in overall test strategy, test planning, test design, test cases, E2E defect management
• Proven expertise in manual as well as automation testing (test automation tools and scripting languages)
• Test effort estimates
• Good to have performance testing knowledge and typical performance testing requirements for Telecom OSS/BSS
• Desirable - understanding of NOKIA FlowOne, SOAPUI
