Job Description

This position will be responsible to work with the design and illustration team, aiding with the creation of assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative motion graphic content that seamlessly integrates with e-learning material.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and explainer videos.
• Coordinate and organize end-to-end Chroma shoots including video and sound editing.
• Read scripts and storyboards to understand animation and video requirements.
• Change and control colors, shadow, texture, light, etc. to create life-like animations.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze and understand animation and video requests.
• Organize and maintain animation/video files and back-up.
• Review, edit and fine-tune the animation/video sequence and ensure that the final product meets overall
• project requirements
• Share regular work status with the team lead and meet all project timelines
• Review technology upgrades to ensure compatibility with existing and future requirements.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 2 yr experience in creating explainer videos, motion graphics, video editing, sound editing, and Chroma shoots.
• Good knowledge of animations principles
• K-8 Publishing/E-learning(academic) experience will be preferred.
• A team player and a creative storyteller with presentation abilities
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment.

Essential skills:

• Adobe After Effects (MUST)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere
• Illustrator

Other skills:

• Final Cut Pro
• Flash
