Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the telemarketing team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.
• Developing call scripts for telemarketer's use with lead generation and qualification.
• Creating team compensation structure and performance metrics.
• Responsible for initiating calls to potential clients using a prepared selling script

Skills :

• Ability to prioritize work as well as meet tight deadlines.
• Technical acumen and knowledge of company's product.
• Handling outbound Sales process is mandatory.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Ability to mentor and train the telesales team.
