Job description
Brief - Generate B2B sales leads for Business Consulting Services. Schedule meeting with decision makers for sales pitch/demos. Track leads in CRM and provide report from time to time.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, mail campaigning.
• Set up meetings/ appointments with potential clients and listen to their requirements and pain areas.
• Populate the sales funnel and share the reporting daily.
• Ensure the availability of clients for sales and demonstrations for second level calls with the seniors.
• Research and accumulate prospect database. Maintain them in CRM.
• Do the regular follow-ups with the clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive/lead gen executive.
• Able to work with target-based assignments.
• Knowledge on consultative sales process, preferred.
• Proficiency in English is must
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is must.
• Thorough understanding of various sales tools, email campaigns, CRM updating on a daily basis
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Education - Preferably Graduates like BA/BSc/BCom
A graduate from a reputed university with good communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Bangalore (near To Rajarajeshwari Nagar)
Required - Good command over English,Hindi,Kannada
