Brief Job Description

• Responsible for getting adequate finance from Banks and FIs and implement credit control mechanism
• Responsible for Meeting Financial Reporting requirements of banks and Financial Institutions.
• Responsible for review and refine financial and commercial policies of the company
• Supporting the culture of profit focus and increasing shareholder value.
• Upgrade the IT system of the company for finance & accounts
• Ability and prior experience in the preparation of financial models

Knowledge & Skill requirement

• Knowledge and skills in the area of corporate finance, with emphasis on structured and innovative financial solutions to raise working capital
• Must possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to maintain and build strong personal relationships with senior managers at banks and financial institutions.
