Brief Job Description
- Responsible for getting adequate finance from Banks and FIs and implement credit control mechanism
- Responsible for Meeting Financial Reporting requirements of banks and Financial Institutions.
- Responsible for review and refine financial and commercial policies of the company
- Supporting the culture of profit focus and increasing shareholder value.
- Upgrade the IT system of the company for finance & accounts
- Ability and prior experience in the preparation of financial models
Knowledge & Skill requirement
- Knowledge and skills in the area of corporate finance, with emphasis on structured and innovative financial solutions to raise working capital
- Must possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to maintain and build strong personal relationships with senior managers at banks and financial institutions.
