Experience 3- 5yrs in heading & managing a regional team.

Brief Job Description

• Responsible for achieving regional sales targets of Cable vertical including specialty cables.
• Drive sales for Power , Control , EHV Cables & Fire survival Cables
• Responsible for evaluating market trends and gather competitive information to improve sales and profitability of the Cable vertical
• Responsible for Cable Sales & marketing function including budget projects objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Responsible for Developing and executing a sales plan for the assigned territory
• Required to Travel & stay at various location.

Knowledge & Skill requirement

• Very strong sales and marketing background ,proven track record ,
• Target oriented ,strong team management skills
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong Contacts within cable market segments is highly desirable.
• Candidates with adequate experience in dealing in Govt bodies/ Industry / Relevant projects & Electrical segment will be preferred
