Job Summary
  • Location - Hyderabad, India
  • 4+ years of prior experience with strong exposure to HR operations including HRIS or HR systems, policy and process management, vendor management
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, can firefight and multi-task well
  • Employee Relations & Statutory Compliance
  • Responsible for managing end-to-end employee life cycle for the organization. On-Boarding/ Induction, Employee Engagement, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Exit Management
  • Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
  • Support and assist business to drive employee engagement, IJPs, Transfers, performance management, culture and change management initiatives
  • Review and enhance existing HR policies as per market dynamics
  • Initiating performance appraisal and drive them to complete them on time
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Should be good at MIS reporting and data base management
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Presentation and Articulation Skills, Stakeholder Management
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
