What you ll Do Thorough familiarity with intake and intervisit content on the Phreesia product platform (admin page configuration, dashboard configuration, interview logic, etc.) Perform thorough quality assurance(QA)testing in collaboration with the global content teamforaccurate content delivery, including testing integration capabilities in EMR devenvironments where applicable. Build global/custom content offerings on the Phreesia product platform, including but not limited to, intervisit health campaigns, practice announcements,screeners andintake workflowsin accordance with best practices. Document QA/build activities in JIRA via Test Cases andmaintainingappropriate communication with the global content team . Document QA processes for internal stakeholders on Confluence Support estimation exercises and participating in sprint retrospectives . Perform audits on live practice admin pages to ensure adherence to best practice recommendations. Executethe end-of-lifeprocess for global content, including but not limited to, updating live admin page workflows and printdocs to ensure practices are using the latest modules/versions.
