Responsible for achieving revenue targets from the assigned territory.
Lead generation and business development in the automobile sector.
Submission of proposals, negotiation, finalization of orders, and timely collection of payments.
Develop and manage new business accounts, focusing on key account management and growth.
Build a loyal customer base for repeat business in quality inspection, training, audit & consultancy services, and warehousing services.
Handle operations for the assigned territory, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets for quality inspection services and warehousing services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Explore new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Develop new accounts with the sales team, focusing on key account management and growth.
Review daily sales activities and address customer complaints.
Participate in marketing activities to promote the company's products and services.
Train the sales team to be more aggressive and professional.
Have a rich experience in B2B logistics and warehousing project business development.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 20-25 years of sales management experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 companies in the automotive sector.
Strong contacts and relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 automotive companies.
Ability to meet sales quotas and work under pressure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within India and abroad for business expansions.
Working experience in the third-party quality industry is advantageous.
Good knowledge of English.
