Job Summary
  • Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including copying, mailing, and communicating with internal customers and external vendors/service providers.

  • Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails.

  • Create written and typed reports, including memos, business letters and MIS.

  • Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events.

  • Maintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, as needed.

  • Travel Desk management

  • SMS/ISO Certification documentation and implementation Facility/Security Management.

  • Legal compliance of GIFT SEZ.

  • Liasoning with various Government officials, Landlords, Vendors etc.

Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
