Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including copying, mailing, and communicating with internal customers and external vendors/service providers.

Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails.

Create written and typed reports, including memos, business letters and MIS.

Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events.

Maintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, as needed.

Travel Desk management

SMS/ISO Certification documentation and implementation Facility/Security Management.

Legal compliance of GIFT SEZ.

Liasoning with various Government officials, Landlords, Vendors etc.
