Job Summary We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Specialist to help us build up our business activities. Sales Specialist's responsibilities include qualifying inbound sales leads, giving presentations 7 pitch, conducting demos, quotations, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and you're familiar with product or service-based sales we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads received from Admin team.
  • Schedule Meetings, Company Presentation, Requirement Analysis, Preparing Quotation or Proposal&Conduct Demo with qualified leads
  • Contact new prospect accounts on daily basis.
  • Establish new relationships by researching, adding and developing new clients.
  • Maintain existing client relationships
  • Collate information on prospective clients
  • Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Identify past prospects due for follow up calls.
  • Use CRM extensively for prospects records update and maintenance.
  • Log all calls and monitor success rates.
  • Produce regular reports on activity levels Follow-up specific marketing campaigns
  • Send out company information to potential accounts when necessary
Required Candidate profile Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of Experience in Software Sales
  • Good understanding of software products and SaaS business model.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Interested freshers can apply but will be considered as trainee.
