Role: Support Executive

We need a Support Executive to support one of our American clients from the Insurance domain.

This Executive will provide Chat support using Zendesk, so prior experience working with Zendesk will be prefer

• Working hours will be India Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST)
• Good English communication skill, written and verbal, is essential for the job
• Actual work related training will be provided
• We need immediate joiner
• After initial training of few days candidate will be working from home and hence needs to have his own laptop / desktop with power backup and stable internet connectivity
