Job Summary
Recko Inc. is looking for a QA Manager to join our kick-ass engineering team. We are looking for smart, dynamic individuals to inspect and report on the quality of products through the entire production cycle. The current team at Recko is 60+ members strong with stellar experience across fintech, e-commerce, digital domains at companies like Flipkart, PhonePe, Ola Money, Belong, Razorpay, Grofers, Jio, Oracle etc. We are growing aggressively across verticalsWhat are we looking for:Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Test design with Saas apps3-4 Years of experience in leading a team in a fast-growing company and 8+ years of the overall experience.Align the team with the larger Quality Engineering team.Drive efficiencies in regression test suites and interoperability testingDesign, plan, execute, monitor, improve testing process for a testing engagementExcellent communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detailGood understanding of Python / JavaScript and Linux commands, SQL DatabasesGood to have: Knowledge of performance and security testing, understanding of Jenkins, Kibana, Git, JMeter, and hands-on experience with JUnit, Mocha (JavaScript), Any JavaScript e2e testing frameworkAbility to think strategically and implement with excellenceA growth mindset and passionate about building things from the ground up, and most importantly, you should be fun to work withAs a QA Manager at Recko, you will:Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing proceduresAssist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the teamGather product requirements (e.g. functionalities, speed, safety standards),Document technical issues and solutions as well as prepare file defect reports and report test progressGood experience in design and execution of test cases and test scenariosInvolved in Functional, User Interface and Regression testing and understanding the User Stories.Authoring, Reviewing and Executing test cases for the User stories.Performing external user testing as part of Security Matrix testing.Coordinating the Task with Scrum team, performing Regression testing for each new build of the application in different environments, performing Production testing for each release
