We are looking for an experienced Retirement Industry domain trainer who can single handedly manage

all our domain related training requirements. This role would be responsible for training our employees

and ensuring that they stay competent and skilled to carry out their responsibilities efficiently.

Key Job Description

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Gathers and analyzes information to determine domain learning needs.
  • Evaluates training programs and materials at regular intervals.
  • Facilitates internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.
  • Develop domain (retirement industry) training programs where required according to organizational needs
  • Build quarterly and annual domain training program/refresher programs and calendar.
  • Design and develop the course content according to the objectives to deliver classroom, virtual or self-paced learning interventions
  • Facilitate training sessions, webinars, workshops etc.
  • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Track employee success and progress
  • Capture all learning interventions on the Learning Management System
  • Develops and implements learning curriculum consistent with current trends and best practices.
  • Utilizes internal and external resources as necessary to achieve goals.
  • Facilitates and/or delivers learning solutions, based on adult learning theory providing a high-impact, interactive environment.
  • Tracks and analyzes learning curriculum effectiveness through the use of Impact Mapping and

traditional evaluation techniques.

  • Through one-on-one coaching tracks, analyzes and reports learning curriculum effectiveness by

  • Communicates effectively with subject matter experts, and business partners.
  • With supervision, manages project resources (people and material) to ensure deliverables are

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as retirement industry domain trainer or a similar role

Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools

Experience in designing and developing technical training programs and workshops

Excellent decision making and organizational skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Proven experience using learning management systems
