You are good at:

• Building and leading a high-performing team of Project Managers
• Participate in product strategy and roadmap planning
• Engage in PRD reviews, feature prioritization, scoping, resource conflicts, scheduling, progress tracking, issue resolution, defect management, beta programs, product release, and product maintenance.
• Manage product requests, analyzing the impact
• Manage Organization communication on the roadmap, upcoming changes, value propositions
• Planning Tracking & Reviewing, and Process Management
• Act as a scrum master, help to adopt and executing agile practices
• Ensure quality assurance procedures on each story and task
• Lead the team with estimations techniques, sprint planning, and tracking
• Create dashboards to track productivity, progress, and other KPIs
• Negotiate scope and timelines with technical dependencies
• Escalate and resolve platform, other products, and org level impediments
• Ensure consistency in practices, vocabulary, and framework across teams
• Coordinate dependencies, keep track of the critical path, and expose risk to the roadmap
• Interface with all necessary team members including, potentially, members of senior leadership

You will be responsible for (not limited to):

• Fostering inter-department communications as they relate to art
• Mentoring, monitoring, reviewing and appraising the team
• Manage internal stakeholders, keeping them informed, helping them align their procedures with new changes

Your experience:

• 8+ years in B2B Technology service companies, Agencies, Product design company or Branding
• 5-7 years of managing and building teams
