Senior Recruiter (engineering) Job in Red Baton Creative Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd

You are good at:

• Identifying the work experience of Developers - Full Stack, Frontend and Backend
• Gauging techncial skills like JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, HTML, AJAX and AngularJS applications
• Understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Ability to identify individual contributors, managers, leaders
• Experience using all hiring mediums like LinkedIn, Instagram, Company website, etc.
• Experience in initial screening and filtering prospective candidates

You will be responsible for (not limited to):

• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and skills
• Create impactful hiring campaigns online
• Actively work on campus hiring (Engineering)
• Maintaining relationships with experienced candidates
• Cross skill on other talent acquisition requirements

Your experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience
