Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to achieve sales targets for genomic testing services in Ludhiana. This role involves promoting genomic testing solutions to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting market research, and executing effective sales plans tailored to your territory. You will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and strategies are executed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for genomic testing services within the assigned territory.
- Promote Genomic Testing Solutions: Present detailed product information to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers, explaining the benefits and applications of genomic tests.
- Develop Sales Plans: Create and implement a tailored sales plan for your designated territory to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Regularly visit healthcare professionals, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand competition, customer needs, and market trends, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest advancements in genomic testing and related technologies.
Skills Required:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales within diagnostics, genomics, or healthcare services.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong ability to communicate and present product information effectively.
- Relationship-Building Abilities: Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
