About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our innovative team in Kolkata. You will design and build high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Google s Flutter SDK. Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and product teams, you will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and build intuitive user interfaces using Flutter and Dart.
- Maintain, optimize, and improve existing mobile applications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and fix bugs and enhance app performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: ideation, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Profile applications and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Flutter development with strong proficiency in Dart.
- In-depth knowledge of Flutter SDK, state management (Provider, Bloc, Redux, Riverpod), and mobile app development concepts.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and services with Flutter apps.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to implement pixel-perfect designs with animations and transitions.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and debugging techniques in Flutter.
- Knowledge of app deployment processes to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, able to work in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Contributions to open-source Flutter or Dart projects.
- Familiarity with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs.
- Experience with continuous integration and Agile methodologies.
