Job Summary Looking After the whole workshop. Checking number of vehicles received, checking type of job & allotment of jobs to Service Advisors. Monitoring & helping Service Advisors technically for smooth and happy delivery of the vehicle within the promissed timeframe. Responsible for generating revenue from Labour / Spares & securing zero customer complaint.
