Job Summary

Work with Stakeholders across Marketing, Email, work on strategy and implementation of cross-channel campaigns with little to no guidance.
Self-starter, ability to do POCs and provide recommendations for system design and architecture
Develop best practices for implementations and work with onshore-offshore team and code reviews.
Able to communicate technical requirements in non-tech fashion
Advise on technology, mentor junior dev s.
Lead the offshore team, work closely with other leads and resources, and provide specs to developers.
Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.
Define software as a service solution and integrate to existing systems, manage business adoption and deployment
Ramp up team members on new technologies and unblock on any resources, code reviews, monitor team health and be able to communicate pro-actively.
Have strong ability to think strategically, communicate clearly in both verbal and written form, and are an eager self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment.
