Job Summary
    Build innovative web apps for both internal and external-facing tasks
    Develop back-end services from scratch and also contribute to the entire software development lifecycle
    Implement new features in the end-user portals
    Identify scopes that improve the performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience of the systems
    Contribute with innovative solutions anticipating future requirements to meet or exceed expectations
    Keep developing technical skills and mentoring junior team members from time to time
    Must have previous experience in developing large-scale web applications and back-end systems/integrations
    Proficient in technologies like Python, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ
    Should be well versed with Docker, AWS, and Terraform
    Previous experience of working with React, Redux, Next.js, and JavaScript/Typescript will be an added advantage
    Knowledge of Django and Nameko would be preferred
    The ability to work full-time concurrently with US time zones for a minimum of 4 hours/day
    The capability to function without hand-holding and micromanagement
    Fluency in English and the communication skills to effortlessly collaborate with engineering managers at U.S. software companies
