Desired Candidate Profile
Education: (UGB-tech-Electronics/ Mechanical/Any Graduate - Any Specialization) & (PG MBA/PGDBM- Marketing)
- Experience in marketing of LED lighting and commercial.
- Should have sound & technical knowledge of LED product development & installation.
- Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship skills, problem solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & a detail-oriented attitude.
- Managing & developing relationship with customers, forecasting & reporting of sales trends.
- Responsible to develop new territories by increasing the business targets along with the sets targets.
- Responsible for the liquidation & credit pay recovery from the dealers through consistent follow up (order & payment collection).
- Ensure customer satisfaction in timely providing of services. Ensure the collection of receivables from the distributers within the time specified in the agreement and again reports.
- Monitor the markets trends & identify new varieties that will allow capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategy analysis of customer/ market research, current market conditions.
- Influencing and negotiation skills and should have B2B experience.
- Manage the performance of team, set annual performance goals, monitor performance & provide constructive feedback to improve performance in coordination with HR & management.
- Identifying their training & development needs & ensure their fulfillment.
- Develop & mentor subordinates to move to the next higher level of job through career planning & development chart.
- Ensure compliance to company policies & values.
