Educational Qualification:

B.Sc

Experience:

5-8 experience of microcellular product or any other footwear product. Should have knowledge of compound formulations.

Any additional requirement:

MS- Office (Word, Excel), Knowledge of ERP.

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

The candidate should have 2-5 experience of microcellular product or any other footwear product. Should have knowledge of compound formulations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial

• Process Improvement

• Modification in the process to improve quality of product.
• To develop new products and formulations of soles.
• To keep all the lab equipment s in perfect condition and to ensure that all these equipment s are calibrated from time to time.
• Impart Training to technical staff .Review documents & reports of the respective units.
• R&D

• The candidate will be responsible for process simplification and technical complexities.

To improve quality of existing products.

• Documentation

• To implement maintain all the records of ISO 9001-2000 and co-ordinate with all the department heads to complete all the records of ISO and verification from time to time.

• Overall control of the quality of raw materials and packing material.
• To maintain and control product & process specification.
• To maintain and check mould specification.
