Job Summary Position Title: Supervisor Production

  • Department: Production
  • Work Location: Bahadurgarh
  • Grade: S2
  • Travel Required: 10%

Reporting to:

  • Administrative: Production Manager
  • Reported by: Workmen
  • Functional: Production Manager
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in footwear technology/FDDI
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience of handling production.
  • Any additional requirements: Fundamentals of computers.
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
  • The candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience of handling Production.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Financial
  • The candidate will undertake trouble shooting of technical problems on conveyor.
2.Customer Oriented
  • The candidate will look after maintaining quality norms and process control.
3. People Oriented
  • The candidate will look after multiskilling of workmen at conveyor.
4. Internal Business Process
  • The candidate will look after production as per the approved production plan.
  • The candidate will be responsible for handling closing independently.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining 5s and fire safety awareness amongst workmen.
