Job Description:
1. Sales Target: Order generation as per department target
2. Customer Satisfaction: to ensure & build new business potentials from existing customers by timely responding to their queries.
3. Negotiation & Settlement: Handling Quotation preparation, Re-Quotation & Final settlement with customer.
4. Feasibility check: Ensure close coordination with CAM dept for simulation of critical parts.
5. Process Finalisation: Act as a key account manager for customer & ensure end to end process.
6. Handling Customer Issues: Customer issues Bridge between Customer and Divisions in case if intervention / support requires.
7. Market Survey: Market scanning and integrating with capability and capacity.
8. Feasibility study, Process planning, Cost estimation, Design experience is MUST.

Education: B. Tech / B. E. (Mechanical), D.M.E.

Experience: 15 to 20 years
