Job Role & Description:

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows & site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with product management & engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the products direction, visuals & experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Develop innovative, reusable Web-based tools for activism and community building.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Establish & promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Proven UI experience.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, After Effects or other visual design and wire framing tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS & JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skill with sensitivity to user system-interaction.
• Ability to present your designs.
• Ability to solve problems creatively & effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques & technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
