Job Summary

We are looking for a Human resources manager (Strategist) who will join our human resources team and take end-to-end responsibility for setting specific objectives toward developing an overall human resources strategy that drives profitability, employee engagement, and overall company growth and builds company culture.

What You Need for this Position

  • Any Bachelor s or higher degree in any subject
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation & presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of any HRM software and MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with the data-driven analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Must have a zeal to research, learn and grow
  • Must have good writing skills and fire in the belly attitude
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform under pressure
  • Passion to lead a successful and challenging work environment

What You Will Be Doing

  • Core HR
    • End to end talent management in collaboration with business teams
    • Formulating and implementing recruitment strategy for hiring across levels
    • Design and implement all controls to manage effectively all critical HR processes
    • Standardizing and continuously improving the HR processes and Policies end-to-end
    • Design, implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Company Culture Management
    • Coach managers and team leads to follow company policies for maximum effectiveness
    • Ensure genuine employee engagement with an engagement plan to build Relinns as a Great Place to Work!
    • Nurture a positive working environment
  • HRM Strategy
    • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
    • Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion
    • Engaging with team leads across the organization for recruitment, training plan, and other activities
    • Analyze people processes, data, and trends to make recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development
    • Design, implement and monitor training and development programs to meet the training needs of the organization
    • Engaging with team leads across the organization for recruitment, training plan, and other activities
