Digital Solution Specialists are experts in troubleshooting and responsible for
Content completeness in ScienceDirect(SD), PubMed, HealthAdvance(HA) etc.,
Entire process of Input/output workflow of Electronic Warehouse(EW) to make sure the contents store properly/completely in EW and distribute to all platforms (SD, PubMed, HA etc.)
Any of the exceptions in input and output of EWII application.
Generating reports to track the content flow in EW.
End-to-end knowledge of the content workflow
