Job Summary We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious and energetic manager to help us do due diligence on the Land parcels that are available with our Wind/ Solar farms. He/ She shall be the conduit between in-house construction and the Asset Management department. He/ She shall also assess the existing land related issues that may come in a foreseeable future to ensure providing correct solutions helping the sites perform without any interference.

Conduct assessments of the lands with respect to the classification of their respective titles. Ensure Legal, Land, Liaison and Compliance of all the wind/ solar sites. Help Asset Management take over the lands with correct title, right and interests.
Profile & Eligibility

Education: Graduate in law

Proven workingexperience as a land acquisition manager/ executive in a relevant role in a renewable energy company with at least 10-12 years experience

Experience in good rapport building and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS-Office

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiationskills

Time management and planning skills
