Job Responsibilities
To ensure replacement of modules found underperformed/defective after testing done at site
To manage and plan for inventory of spares modules for out of warranty case
To ensure routine and conditional test ( IV measurement, IR, Flash Test, EL test etc ) of modules at site
To prepare monthly report consisting annual degradation, % warranty Replacement (UW), % warranty Replacement (OW), % defects,% warranty claim success factor, quality of service etc
To monitoring contractual KPI of Modules and follow up with OEM in case of any LD
Training to site Persons for Module Testing
To prepare SOP for different testing of modules installed at our sites
To manage & Tracking tools & equipment and calibration if required.
To ensure continuous feedback to EPC team on the basis of operational experience and defining SLA for future projects
Profile & Eligibility Criteria1. Education: B.Tech
2. Experience: 4 to 6 years
