Investment Professional (buy-side) Job in Renous

Job Responsibilities:

• Play a key role supporting origination, evaluating opportunities and executing deals, across multiple sectors
• Represent clients in M&A and PE deals
• Create industry thematic studies
• Perform fundamental analysis of a specific industry and/or emerging trend to identify the best-positioned companies in which to invest
• Monitor existing portfolios on a regular basis
• Support in building portfolio companies internal process
• Monitor portfolio risk exposures at an individual portfolio level
• Manage and mentor junior professionals in the context of deal executions, marketing pitches and general career development
• Work closely with senior bankers, clients, lawyers and representatives from other stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Education : CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, M&A, pitch deck preparation, financial due diligence / financial modelling with a PE / VC / Investment Banking firm or similar experience on the business side
• Should have hands-on experience of pitching to investors
• Ability to work independently and on tight deadlines
• Ability to evaluate businesses from operational and financial angles
