Job Title: Key Accounts Manager - Consumer Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Sign up with brands ( e-commerce/ home appliances clients) for Installation & repair during the purchase / Warranty period for their consumers
• Ensure that the continuity of work from the brands is mapped to the technicians at each location.
• Ensure timely collections from brands
• Ensure Margin targets are met
• Facilitate integration of client call routing with internal systems for seamless resource deployment, installations, complaints etc.

Job Requirements:

• Should be an MBA with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in sales and service, providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Ability to build rapport with key clients
• Should be able to handle multiple client accounts
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
