We want to find more team members that want to learn and grow with us - including you.The Legal Associate/ Senior Legal Associate will be a key member of the Replicons legal compliance team & will be working very closely with Replicons engineering teams in building Global Compliance Solution for our customersKey Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for understanding the nuances, interpret, simplify and assist in preparation of a Compliance Database on a global scale including understanding, tracking and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local, code compliance rules, ordinances, regulations
  • Proactively tracking regulatory changes across the geographies & building the compliance database
  • You will demonstrate effective research skills and the ability to prepare research memos using the latest online resources available including liaising with external law firms and lawyers as and when required.
  • You will be advising various internal project teams in Replicon on global labour laws, implications of related legal risks and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Bachelors in Law
  • 3-5 years of experience in researching and documenting labour law compliances.
  • Expert level knowledge of relevant employment laws and payroll life cycle process across various countries.
  • Exposure of working in a global company.
  • Experience in liaising with external legal counsels and law firms.
