We are looking for IT Recruiter in Coimbatore. Immediate joiners are preferable.

Job Description:

• Min. 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
• Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles.
• Excellent in sourcing profiles from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.,) Social Networking sites (LinkedIn, HR groups, Facebook, etc.), and references.
• Job Postings on the Job Portals.
• Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining a good submittal ratio between Interviews/Placement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be an aggressive and quick learner.
