We have exciting opportunities supporting Brightree by ResMed and MatrixCare by ResMed!The primary role of Software Development is to design, write and test code for the product that should match the Software Engineering Applications or Systems.Lets talk about ResponsibilitiesThe primary objective of Software Engineering is to design, develop, test and deliver software that meets our business and customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage and coach team members on performance, provide inputs for performance evaluations and might be involved in pay actions.
  • Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve orgnisational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
  • Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
  • Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
Lets talk about Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or IT- related
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Applies acquired expertise and exercises judgment to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent.
  • Analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
