  • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administrator, Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience working as a Customer Relationship Manager or a similar role in the customer service department.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Sound knowledge of the companys products and services.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional people and problem-solving skills.
Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - 5 Years skill with 1+ years experience

    • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Good command over English
