• Fluency in local language is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge in aquaculture.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• 5-10 Years of marketing experience in aqua feed/medicine.
• B.Sc with MBA in marketing will be an added advantage.

Job specifications:

• Formulating and implementing strategic plan to achieve the growth objectives of the aquaculture division.
• Developing the aqua probiotics division to ensure optimal revenues and expand the products to new territories.
• Executing market research to identify high potential markets and building relationship with key customers for repeat orders.
• Developing and expanding the sales and distribution network by negotiating with customers to get the effective pricing.
• Analyze the market trends and help in introduce innovative products.
• Mentoring and developing the team and monitoring their performance.
• Present key operations report to Executive director on periodical basis.
