Responsibilities Manage and oversee a team of developers, software engineers, and quality assurance testers. Manage project resources and timelines to ensure successful project completion. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and mentoring. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in technology and healthcare. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8-12 years of experience in software development and project management. Proven experience leading and managing teams of software engineers and developers. Strong technical skills in software development frameworks and technologies. Must be knowledgeable in Agile software development methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Must have a critical eye for detail and quality assurance.
