Job Summary

Position: Customer Support for US based product. ( L1)

Experience:1 to 5 years in BPO / ITES/ Customer Support environment

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in blended process / Chat/ Email support for international client/s.

Position requires flexibility to work in shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering questions, capturing complaints, and gathering feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Communicating with customers via chat interface
  • Logging details about customer inquiries for follow-up, escalation, and research
  • Assisting customers with product setup, ordering, discounts, refunds, shipping, and delivery
  • Qualifying issues which require escalation and routing them appropriately

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation or pursuing graduation/ PG
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically with typed communication
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge
  • Patience and empathy
