Job Description

Skills in Cisco Unified Call Manager to manage the latest versions. Upgrade experience.

Experience supporting Cisco Video Conferencing on the CUCM platform desk and room based solutions.

Manage and rollout the WebEx conferencing.

Experience in UCCX Skill, Queue & Agent provisioning.

Admin / support skills in Adjunct Cisco applications including Nice, Verint call recorders.

UCCX scripting experience.

Ability to work with other platforms Cisco CME & Avaya.

Knowledge on recordings platforms such as Verint, NICE etc.

Location

Hexaware chennai.

Education

UG: Any Graduate Any Specialization
