We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who has a minimum of six years of experience with configuration, customization and development and administration on the ServiceNow platform.

You will be responsible for the design and development of solutions to improve productivity and enhance the user experience using the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with Business and IT to understand requirements and build solutions that align with business goals and objectives and meet all quality and compliances requirements.

The ideal candidate shouldalso have a programming background, be adept at scripting in java and html and have a good understanding of database and cloud technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the configuration, customization and maintenance ServiceNow. This will include ownership of the following responsibilities.

• System administration which includes management of user access and roles and permissions, locations, SLAs, categories, ticket routing, scripting workflow and other routing configurations
• Translated business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using OEM recommendations
• Develop, testing and roll-out of solutions using industry best practices and procedures
• Manage workflows, scripts, transform maps, web services, Service Levels
• Build and manage integrations with internal systems
• Ensure application availability as per agreed uptime and perform routine maintenance
• Create and maintain technical documentation of the configuration.
• Enhance the end user experience by providing a user-friendly design for Service Portal, ticket forms, email templates
• Create reports and dashboards for Management as required
• Monitor health and utilization. Perform periodic maintenance for optimized system performance and license utilization
• Periodic review and optimization of the configuration and processes
• Build skills in the team by providing the necessary KT and on the job training
• Documentation of configuration, procedures and projects related to ServiceNow

Key Skills

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Administration / development experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in configuration and administration on ServiceNow with a focus on ITSM and ITOM products
• Development of customized products and solutions on the Now platform
• Advanced skills on scripting in ServiceNow, Java and HTML
• Advanced skills on Workflow flow configuration, web services, MYSQL
• Orchestration and Integrations with 3rd party application
• Good understanding of Cloud based technologies
• Sound knowledge of IT Service Management processes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
