About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer (Java) who is passionate about designing and building high-performance, scalable, and robust enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Core Java and modern backend practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and modular code following industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and codebase consistency.
• Integrate backend systems with MySQL databases, web services, and third-party APIs.
• Develop and document technical artifacts including system design, release notes, and support guides.
• Adhere to Agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Java development and SaaS technologies.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams for seamless feature delivery.

Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java programming.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with multi-threaded applications and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with MySQL or other relational databases and writing complex, efficient queries.
• Working knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, or other version control and build tools.
• Prior experience in a SaaS product environment is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and containerization with Docker is a plus.
