Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should have experience of handling the front desk as a receptionist.
  • The candidate should be good at Odia, Hindi, and English
  • Must be able to handle EPBAX and telephones.
  • Must be able to handle dignitaries and proficient with Guest management.
  • Keep track of inward mail, post & courier and ensure that it reaches the respective departments.
  • Must be able to Handle administration
  • Should ensure conference rooms, visitor area is well maintained
  • Managing various vendors related to the administration
  • Handling correspondence and maintaining records of various day-to-day mail that are sent or received
  • Maintaining records of various administrative expenses, such as ordering flowers, gifts, and mementos.
  • Maintain stock of stationary, visiting cards, letter heads, cleaning material.
  • Doing periodic audits of the various consumables in pantry and in the store.

  • Education: Graduation (any stream)
  • Has pleasing personality
  • Should be good at communications
  • Should know usage of computer
