Job description

• As a Business Development Associate Recruitment & Staffing Services you will research and create a database of hiring companies through Internet searches Research and Social Media Platforms.
• Acquiring new clients for recruitment. And maximize develop new business from existing and

new clients and Client Acquisition.

• Handling Client interaction, servicing & manage all clients requirement as per briefing.
• Coordinating with recruitment team for new requirement and lineup status and sharing details with
• client and the management for the smooth and flawless process.
• Achieving revenue goals, profitability targets, share and personal development goals.
• Monthly MIS for Manpower, New Selection, Joinee, Salary, Attrition Report.
• Coordinating with the client and the management for the smooth and flawless process and mainly
• service delivery
• Research accounts and identify key players using platforms such as LinkedIn and web searches
• Business prospecting also through internet research and lead generation
• Develop the leads and move them deeper into the sales funnel
• Make outbound calls ,connect with hiring managers and decision makers and convince them avail The Search House services to hire manpower for open positions in their company.
• Follow-up with leads on a regular basis through calls and WhatsApp
• Sales coordination ,Preparing and sending proposals etc
• Client meetings as and when required to close deal and sign up contract terms.

Eligibility Requirement:

• Experience of working in a Business Development/Inside Sales role in Recruitment, Staffing,Training,Consulting companies will be given preference.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You must show the willingness to learn new things now and then
• Ability to convince prospects by using logical and emotional arguments
• Positve mind-set and highly energetic
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Proficient with business productivity tools (eg. MS Office, Internet savy)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively#JOB LOCATION : Navi Mumbai / Marol / Mumbai
