Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points)

Provide support to end users via email, IM, and phone.

Support daily operational issues of users for Android and iOS devices especially for Workspace ONE.

Provides phone based mobile device, application, and end user support for issues and incident management.

Handling of support of daily incident tickets.

Prepare knowledge-based articles on scenario based issues.

Hands on experience on MDM-MobileIron to VMware Workspace ONE migrations.

Education & Trainings + Certifications: (Basic & Professional)

At least 5 years work experience in a multinational corporation in MDM Support(mainly AirWatch/Workspace ONE)

Any AirWatch certification will be preferred

Technical know how: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)

Mandatory

Should have decent exposure to on MDM- AirWatch troubleshooting.

Hands on experience on MDM-MobileIron to VMware Workspace ONE migrations.

Good knowledge about Active Directory and Exchange

Strong knowledge of SaaS Workspace ONE UEM console

Should have knowledge about global rollout process

Good knowledge of Android and iOS devices

Must be aware of daily operational issues and should be capable to support

Good to know

O365, Exchange environment

Any MDM solution platform

Soft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc)

Strong service orientation

Solution-oriented and structured way of working

Friendly, communicative and team-oriented player

Intercultural experience, especially Germany

Very good spoken and written English skills

WFH as off
