Job Summary

Key Responsibilities::

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages productivity and teamwork.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the branch s market.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional activities.
  • Establish connects and nurture business relationships with business influencers.

Customer Service:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture within the branch.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures.
  • Monitor branch activities to achieve financial objectives and targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Electrical.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales & business development role in cold chain industry.
  • Good knowledge of cold chain solutions viz cold rooms/ freezers / blast chillers & freezer / cold warehouses etc.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
