Job Summary

Responsible for completing supply chain process within the allocated state and to ensure cost effective execution to ensure P&L as per business plan.
Partner development and to ensure quality vendors and contractors comes into the system.
Sourcing of materials and services based on requirements of the business.
Negotiations through bidding and reverse auctions to achieve the best price in the industry.
Release of governance schedules and performance monitoring of contractors.
To achieve Resource & Activity based pricing to achieve fair price of execution.
To create detailed processes and to monitor compliances related to SCM processes.
Contract finalization with vendors and contractors considering long term engagements.
Analyzing SCM data and converting that into information to present to management in the form of dashboards & reports.
Continuous monitoring of costs against business financial plan & cost control during project execution.
Risk assessment and mitigation plans for execution considering all factors impacting cost.
Close coordination with sales for bidding and negotiations with customer
